Shipping
Policy
Most orders
are shipped within 24 hours (or one business day) of receiving
it.
Items selected
that show "not available", "out of stock",
or "no longer available" online will delay shipping
your entire order until the order is complete.
Shipping
charges are determined by weight, distance, delivery time, and
contents, such as glass, etc
Shipping
charges are generally around $8.00 up to five pounds to most
U.S. destinations. A portion of our shipping charges include
handling and insurance, in most cases.
Shipping
time is based on deliveries in the U.S. 48 states mainland,
and based on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays).
Note on Air Freight: estimated delivery times are based on
delivery to major metropolitan areas, outlying areas may add
additional time.
Please Note: We reserve the right to change shipping carriers,
if needed, to expedite your order.

UPS Next Day Air - delivery to every address in the 48
contiguous states. UPS delivers by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of
day the next business day depending on destination. (If we receive
your order before 12pm CST, Monday - Friday and the items you
ordered are in-stock, you should receive your order within 1 business
day, up to 6 pm, your time. Example: Order is placed Monday before
10AM CST and the items are in stock, you will receive the order
on Tuesday. Order is placed Friday before 10AM CST and the items
are in stock, you will receive the order on the following Monday.)

UPS 2nd Day Air - delivery to every address throughout
the 48 contiguous states by the end of the second business day.

is placed Monday before 10AM CST and the items are in stock, you
will receive the order by the following Wednesday. Order is placed
Friday before 12pm CST and the items are in stock, you will receive

in the 48 contiguous states. (If we receive your order before

you will receive the order on Thursday. Order is placed Friday
before 12pm CST and the items are in stock, you will receive the
order on Wednesday.)

UPS Ground
- delivery to every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
(If we receive your order before 10AM CST, Monday - Friday and

is placed Monday before 10AM CST and the items are in stock, you
should receive the order no later then Monday, of the next week.
Order is placed Friday before 10AM CST and the item is in stock,
you will receive the order no later then the following Friday.)

UPS Worldwide Expedited - (International Deliveries
Only) provides door-to-door, customs-cleared (Customer
must pay all duties and custom fees) delivery to
more than 52 destination countries. Most shipments to Canada
and Mexico are delivered within three to four business days;
Europe and Japan are normally delivered within four or eight
business days. International orders will be subject to conditions,
shipping, customs rules and regulations. Import duties and taxes
are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
International orders often involve fees for customs, duties,
and taxes that are beyond our control and can not be calculated
at the time the order is filled. Any charges related to your
international shipment after the fact will be charged to you.

Exceptions: Delivery to some areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business
days, depending on destination ZIP code.

FedEx Ground® - Choose this service for
shipments to businesses throughout the U.S.
Service Days Monday–Friday. delivery is
by the end of business day.
Delivery is in 1–5 business days in the contiguous U.S.,
based on the distance to the destination. Alaska and Hawaii delivery
is in 3–7 business days.
Package Size and Weight Up to 150 lbs. (for packages weighing
100–150 lbs., please follow the marking heavy boxes guidelines);
108" in length; 165" in combined length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
Exceptions FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Ground Home Delivery® - Choose this service for shipments
to residential addresses in the U.S. What makes this
service special is it is a residential-only delivery network.
Service Days Tuesday–Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8
p.m.
Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.;
3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Package Size and Weight Up to 70 lbs.; 108" in length; 165"
in combined length plus girth (L+2W+2H).

longer and may have higher shipping charges.

note that, due to size and weight constraints, some items may
ship separately from the remainder of your order. You will not
be charged more than the amount you have previously authorized

IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE AT TIME OF SHIPMENT, HAVE THE DRIVER FOR
THE FREIGHT COMPANY NOTE THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF DAMAGES ON
THE FREIGHT BILL. NOTIFY THE CARRIER'S OFFICE TO INSPECT THE
MERCHANDISE. FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT ONCE. ON UPS SHIPMENTS
NOTIFY OUR OFFICE PERSONNEL ABOUT THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL FILE
THE CLAIM. IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER YOU MAY MAKE A
CASH ADJUSTMENT FOR FULL VALUE, ARRANGE TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE,
OR REPLACE THE MERCHANDISE.
CONCEALED
DAMAGE:
IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS UNPACKED, NOTIFY CARRIER'S
OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND ASK TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. DO NOT DESTROY
PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL SHIPMENT IS INSPECTED AND CLAIM SETTLED.
SHORTAGES:
ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE DAYS. CHECK NUMBER
OF CARTONS DELIVERED WITH THE QUANTITY SHOWN ON YOUR RECEIPT.
IF QUANTITIES DO NOT TALLY, HAVE DRIVER NOTE SHORTAGE. ALL CLAIMS
FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SHOULD BE FILED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER
MAKING DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR. THEN NOTIFY US.
